The 'Friends Group' for the Shikellamy State Park was formed in the summer of 2007 by local members of your community who cherish the park as a genuine treasure. They came together around the common ideas of sponsoring community events that would bring family, friends, neighbors, and yes, even strangers, together to enjoy amazing experiences.
